Godrej Properties Ltd has announced a major expansion into Vadodara with the acquisition of a 34-acre land parcel on Ajwa Road. This marks the company’s strategic entry into the city and reinforces its presence in Gujarat. The new project, located at Vadodara, will feature premium plotted residential units with a total saleable area of approximately 9 lakh square feet.
The Godrej Ajwa Road Vadodara site offers excellent connectivity to the city center, Vadodara Airport, and key commercial and educational hubs. Ajwa Road is a fast-growing real estate corridor that has attracted numerous villa and plotted housing projects, making it an ideal location for Godrej’s latest venture.
This is Godrej Properties’ second acquisition in Gujarat within a year, following its October 2024 purchase of land in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. The company continues its focus on tier-2 cities like Nagpur, Indore, and now Vadodara, leveraging the rising demand for plotted developments.
