The transaction, valued at&nbsp;<strong>\u20b9195 crore<\/strong>, marks a strategic addition to the developer\u2019s expanding footprint in the Pune real estate market, particularly in the rapidly growing Mahalunge-Hinjewadi corridor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to&nbsp;<strong>property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix<\/strong>, the land was acquired from&nbsp;<strong>Mahalunge Real Estate Developers Pvt Ltd<\/strong>, a local Pune-based developer.
