The company plans to launch the project during the current financial year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The upcoming <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/upcomingprop.com\/shriram-properties\/bangalore\/shriram-doddagubbi\/\">Shriram Doddagubbi<\/a><\/strong> project is expected to strengthen Shriram Properties\u2019 presence in Bengaluru\u2019s rapidly expanding residential market. Located in one of the city&#8217;s emerging growth corridors, the development is anticipated to attract both homebuyers and investors seeking premium housing options with strong future appreciation potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a regulatory filing, the project aligns with the company&#8217;s growth strategy of expanding its residential portfolio in high-demand micro-markets. North-East Bengaluru has witnessed significant infrastructure development, improved connectivity, and rising residential demand over the last few years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the development, Akshay Murali, Vice President \u2013 Business Development at Shriram Properties, said, \u201cNorth-East Bengaluru continues to emerge as one of the city\u2019s most promising residential growth corridors, supported by robust infrastructure upgrades, improving connectivity, and sustained end-user demand. The micro-market presents strong long-term potential owing to its strategic location and evolving social infrastructure.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shriram Properties has steadily expanded its footprint across key South Indian cities, including Chennai, Coimbatore, and Visakhapatnam, along with selected markets in East India. As of April 2026, the company has successfully delivered 51 projects covering a saleable area of 31.5 million square feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The announcement comes amid increased real estate activity in Doddagubbi and surrounding localities. Recently, Puravankara also entered into a Joint Development Agreement for an 11.23-acre land parcel in Doddagubbi, with a projected GDV of approximately \u20b91,100 crore, highlighting the area&#8217;s growing attractiveness among major developers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Industry experts believe that the Doddagubbi real estate market is experiencing accelerated growth driven by infrastructure investments, institutional participation, and strong end-user demand.
