Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), also known as YEIDA, is a statutory development authority established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in April 2001 under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976. Formerly known as the Taj Expressway Industrial Development Authority, YEIDA was formed to ensure planned urbanisation, industrial growth and infrastructure development along the Yamuna Expressway corridor. The authority is responsible for land acquisition, master planning, infrastructure development, land allotment and regulation of development activities across its notified areas. Its jurisdiction covers six districts of Uttar Pradesh, including Gautam Buddha Nagar, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Hathras, Mathura and Agra, with a focus on creating a well-planned ecosystem for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional development.

YEIDA is playing an important role in transforming the Yamuna Expressway region into a major residential, industrial and investment destination in the Delhi-NCR region. Its development initiatives include residential plots, group housing, commercial plots, industrial plots, institutional properties and mixed-land-use developments across various sectors. The authority is also facilitating several major infrastructure and industrial projects, including Noida International Airport at Jewar, Film City in Sector 21, Medical Device Park in Sector 28, Logistics Park, Data Centre Park, Semiconductor and Electronics Manufacturing Cluster, Apparel Park, Toy Park, MSME Park and Heritage City. These developments are aimed at attracting domestic and international investments while supporting employment opportunities, business growth and planned urban expansion.

YEIDA continues to focus on sustainable urban planning, modern infrastructure, improved connectivity and the development of well-organised residential and commercial communities along the Yamuna Expressway.
